Our games

One game in production and three in concept. Everything here is work in progress, shown as it stands.

Override

Build your body from the machines sent to stop you.

A 3D action roguelite. You're a legged salvage droid working your way down through an undercity. Tear parts off what you beat, bolt them on, and get back to the workshop before something bigger tears them off you.

Concept

TALL IRON

Board colossal walking machines, fight your way to the power core, blow it, and haul home the scrap. Go in quiet or loud. Staying for one more is what gets you killed.

DRYLINE

Outrun a continent-wide storm front called the Weather, across a desert that has been eaten and rebuilt at least twice. Keep your bike alive by raiding the ruins of people who thought it wouldn't come back.

Scatterlight

A former combat-magic prodigy returns to their old college, sealed inside a shifting Fold by a spell that saved it and is now harming everything around it. Fast spellcasting, readable projectiles, fair dodging.

3D action roguelite · one sorcerer · title to come

Also tinkering: Critter Descent, a creature-collector roguelite with fusion and permadeath, and Dweller. Both in Godot.

The studio

What our games have in common

Robel Interactive is a small independent studio. We build in Unity and Godot, model in Blockbench and Blender, and write every design down before we build it. Different games, the same few rules.

Scale

Small vs. huge

Every giant should look like it has no business losing to you, and every win should feel like it almost didn't happen.

TALL IRON · Override

Risk

Greed kills

What you carry home is what you keep. The machines rarely get you. Deciding to stay a little longer does.

World

The world was here first

No chosen ones and no prophecies. Old places, layered and indifferent, and occasionally funny. You're somebody with a bike.
